Wherever possible we agree our fees in advance. We're always open and up front with our charges, understanding that our clients are real businesses with real budgets. GenieCloud offers the best possible value for money whilst maintaining the quality of the service we provide.
As soon as we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we’ll prepare a fixed cost estimate to cover the entire project. Unless you change the brief you can be assured that no additional fees will apply, and that we will complete all aspects of the work to your satisfaction.
